- AliceWonders.com provides a convenient option of payment by credit card via Ipay88, a 3rd party reputable online merchant owned by Mobile88 (a MSC status company since 2006).

Method 2: Online Banking, Bank Deposit & ATM Transfer

- Customers can opt for fund transfer through their chosen bank's website
- AliceWonders.com accept any major banks in Malaysia that can make a transfer to a Maybank or CIMB account
- All payments are to be made within the next 48 hours to the Maybank or CIMB account below:

Method 3: Cash On Delivery (COD) & Shop Pick-Up

- Customers can opt to place order online and then make cash payment upon receiving products
- As of now, we are able to provide COD at our Centerpoint Bandar Utama Showroom only. Address and map here
- Our showroom will be open from Mon-Fri, 11am-7pm (except Public Holidays)
- If you wish to make an appointment outside opening hours, feel free to contact us.
- Delivery is FREE for all COD customers

Currency

- All prices on this site are in Malaysian Ringgit and US Dollar.
- Payment via Paypal will be paid in US Dollar (USD) with the exchange rate at USD1.00 = MYR 3.00 *updated on 16th April 2010.
- For international purchases, Credit Card payment will be charged in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) with the currency exchange rate determined by the bank who issued the Credit Card.
- For conversion to other currencies, please use XE as a rough indicator.

Delivery

Delivery Within Malaysia

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Starting 3rd March 2009, AliceWonders.com provides express delivery (1-2 working days) to all major cities in Peninsular Malaysia at a flat rate of RM8. Please see full table below.

- AliceWonders.com is proud to inform that we are using Skynet Express Courier for delivery to major cities in Peninsular Malaysia, unless stated otherwise
- We also offer delivery via Post Express for lighter and non-fragile items. Post Express can also be requested from customers who are not at the address to sign parcels
- Daily orders cut off time will be at 1pm (GMT+8). Orders made after 1pm will be considered next working day's order
- Deliveries are only made on working days from Monday till Friday (with exception of public holidays)
- Customers enjoy FREE standard delivery with total spending above RM80

- AliceWonders.com approach international shipments from a case to case basis.
- Customers may refer to rate card below as pure reference. Rates below are based on single product order (<2kg) and using Post Malaysia (Standard Delivery) and DHL Global Mail (Express Delivery) registered air parcel service.
